Not getting response from Wyze Support

Been trying several days. Asking simple question. No reply. Perhaps unrelated, some days ago I saw a request from Support asking me to “tip” a rep (“a coffee”, etc.). Odd. Never saw anything like it before.

Wyze pays for the coffee if you are happy with the response. Just a cuter way to evaluate the reps.

I would call the reps directly. It takes too long over email: Wyze support phone: (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT.

Did not grasp which part of the response? That the coffee question is just a cutsie way to reward and evaluate the rep by Wyze, or that a phone is a better way to contact them?

Wyze was picking up the tab.

If you are one of the few that still doesn’t have free long-distance, you can try 1 (844) 999-3226. I think that is toll-free.

We usually recommend the (206) number because most people have free long-distance nowadays, and Wyze’s margins are too thin to pay for what would have otherwise been free.
