Not getting any events

I’m not getting any events since yesterday, but I can see the recordings on the SD card

Is the alert bell in your app off? Should not have the slash - mine is off for no notifications.


No that was no the reason, I had to turn off both cameras and turn them back on, that’s annoying

I agree. I don’t think anybody has any answers to that.

These cameras seem to have connectivity problems and I’m not sure whether it’s with the camera or with the various router/Wi-Fi set ups. I found that rebooting my router or initiating a channel search manually will frequently solve the problem for a while.

It happened again, didn’t get any notification event since 9:30 am, rebooting the cameras fix it, (I’m not using the beta version now)
