Not able to get in contact with Wyze

The same thing is happening to me right now. I was lied to and told I only needed to pay for a subscription for more than one camera and enhanced features. For the first 30 a live agent answered the phone in less than 3 minutes. Each call they kept trying to sell me. This is a typical [Mod Edit] fintech company that gets your money that makes you talk to a [Mod Edit] toaster thru a “live chat” that their website clearly says they dont provide that. A live agent finally picked up and is giving me a the [Mod Edit] run around about paying for a subscription
