Why doesn’t my camera pick up all noise events? My neighbors dog just started barking. Not one event recorded. I really wish wyze would focus on improving their products instead of coming out with more crappy ones.
Do you have cam plus? If not was it within 5 minutes of another sound event (can only have a max of one every 5 mins)
Also note that the microphones are very directional and will typically pick up stuff directly in front of the camera. I haven’t played with sound events much but from what I recall it had to be pretty close to the camera, or further away and quite loud, so may just not have been enough to trigger it.
If it was too sensitive people would be upset about that too. Have you tried turning the sound sensitivity all the way up?
