No videos or notifications (from first camera) after second camera is added.

I added a second camera in my dining room. I am no longer getting notifications or videos from my main camera, that faces out my front door. Even if I disconnect

my dining room camera, I receive no notifications or do I have any videos saved in the notification folder. Prior to upgrading to a second camera,

I was receiving notifications and having everything stored properly in the notification folder.

The second camera has the better video, but I don’t think that should be a issue.


Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.



On the Notifications tab, tap the gear icon and make sure notifications are turned on.

On the Live View of the cameras, tap the gear icon, then Alert Settings and make sure Motion Detection is on and sensitivity is appropriate. If Full Screen is not on, make sure the Detection Zone is set appropriately.
