No paid event recording

I had problems with my first camera, which were sorted out with tech support and I thought the camera was good enough to buy another. I decided to sign up for continuous recording for both cameras. Having paid, and since then, there’s no event recording whatsoever. Checking with TinyCam shows that the cameras are picking up movement just fine, but nothing is being saved by the cameras using the Wyze app even with sensitivity set to maximum.
Event recording was working until I paid for it. Any ideas on this one please?

Some time after posting the above, my event recording has apparently reappeared and dozens of clips are being indexed now. Unfortunately none of them will load, I just get a network error message for all of them. So I will have to wait and see what comes next, but for now I still don’t have the functionality I paid for. Yet.
