I was getting a “xylophone” sound on my iphone each time my Wyzecam picked up a motion outside our door. ALl of a sudden I am getting only a message notification but no accompanying sound with it. Not sure why this is happening.
In the iPhone Settings app, check under Notifications > Wyze and make sure the Sounds switch is turned on. If it already is, try restarting your phone.
