Hello all, In the last couple days, I’ve stopped receiving vehicle notifications through the Wyze app for both my floodlight and doorbell cameras. I only receive person notifications on both. I used to receive several a day and then stopped (I figured this was Android maxing out on daily push notif…

Yeah it’s bizarre. I just got one coming in the driveway with my wife coming home and now it’s back to the way it was. Some are coming in the events as motion, and some are vehicles. It’s really weird. I updated the detection zone and blocked off my wife’s car so we’ll see what happens

Actually, it’s kind of a joke among programmers, since they make the UI the way their programs work. UI designers consider the end-user’s workflow.

Now I’ve been getting more frequent notifications with both our cars blacked out in the detection zone Odd for sure. Weird AI

[image] D-Ray: cars blacked out in the detection zone DZ does not “black out” things. Its only function is to trigger a recording. Movements outside DZ don’t activate recordings, based on your detection/recording settings.

I purposely blacked it out meaning I do not have our cars in the zone as I tested it out. Sorry for not being clearer about it

Some of my cams black out the Al  detection zones, completely. ,:grimacing::rofl: [Screenshot_20250825_183417_WyzeBeta]

Oh, I know. It just hit my brain funny the way it appeared on the screen.
