No events uploaded to events tab

Hi good morning

I recently installed the floodlight pro and the camera is not recording events. For some reason, the camera motion tags me but fails to upload the event to the events tab.

When I view the playback, it clearly motion tags me and everything, but the event never gets uploaded to the events tab, not even for motion.

It shows it on the new UI feed as motion but it doesn’t get uploaded to the events tab

It’s happening a lot

If it is showing as a Motion Event or a Person Event in the Recent Events list under the Live Stream, or if it is showing the Motion icon or Person Icon on the SD Playback UI, both of those are pulled from the Event Videos on the Server.

Go to the Events Tab and clear your filters. Then check if the Events are listed. You can reset filters to include the FLP once you see them.
