No events recorded

Is service down with the OG? I do not have any events since 2:30 am. I have restarted, rebooted, and deleted and added again and still no events are being recorded. Everything is set on for recording. Only with one camera. All my others are working fine.

If it is just the one cam, try the “reset services” in the settings for that cam.

Are you using cam plus or SD card (or both)?

Thanks! I have done all of that multiple times and I still cant get it to come back. No SD card but I am subscribed to unlimited. It was working fine and last record event is 2:30 am.

I know you mentioned other resets but the specific “reset services” is what re-synchs it with the cloud servers, so just making sure you tried that specific reset under the settings?

Maybe a temporary issue, my OGs are still logging events (still frames only since I don’t have a cloud subscription).

I suppose if all else fails, you can delete it, factory reset it, and re-add it with a different name as that should set it up totally fresh, but that shouldn’t be needed.

Is the cam working otherwise - ilve view in the app, web view, etc?

I have done that also, deleted and added it back and still not recording. Been fighting with it since 8 am. It is working as live view

Deleting and adding back can be different things depending on whether you factory reset it and use a different name or not, so not sure which one you’ve tried.

I deleted and factory reset it. Then did the whole add new device. Still not recording.
