No cameras in filter list. no unlimited features

From the event list on android(v3.1.5(569)), when I click on the camera drop down to limit the cameras that are showing in the list, The page loads with all my cameras, then immediately disappears and I get no cameras available.

Also, from the events page if I click on the first button (person) I get a an add to sign up for cam plus even though I pay for cam unlimited.
Faces button brings up ad for friendly faces. nothing seems to be working.

Rebooting the phone fixes the problem, but I am tired of having to reboot almost daily to make the app work.

Yup, a lot of bad things are happening just to make us pay for yet another thing that use to be free. Premium Filters, what a joke. And now im typing this at 4am because i woke up when the app auto updated and re turned on all my push notofications as it tryed to re enable the promotional notification.

Im done with these guys. They claim to offer ‘security’ but even they simplest tasks they cant get right. Gonna watch videos on whos gonna be the new leader in cheap cameras cause these guys have turned into a simply money grab.

A million different reason to try to get more money out of us, and zero effort to enable features the promised years ago to get us to buy their stuff.

Same for me. For 2 days now I can’t access Cam Unlimited functions in my Wyze App (latest). I can’t add or remove cameras from Cam Unlimited because the “Account” tab only has the same “Cam Unlimited - Annual” button and doesn’t do anything.

Also notifications are not grouping anymore when they used to last week, so i have hundreds of separate notifications that I have to swipe to dismiss or clear all which other app notifications will be cleared too.

Now it has gotten worse! I was a first supporter and am now regretting my buy in because the cameras can’t even do the simplest thing they are supposed to do! All of this [Mod Edit] started with latest app upgrade! Roll it back until you fix all the problems you caused you greedy [Mod Edit]! I have uninstalled the app and will re-install to see if it fixes the MANY ISSUES I am experiencing, but I am not hopeful.

I had the exact same problem plus a lot more: taking forever to load live view. the camera groups seemed to start ok but selecting a single camera would sit there loading until error code, over and over again. when I did get live feed on a cam, if I tried to activate an accessory, it would say camera not connected. in addition to pointing me to upgrade to cam unlimited every time i tried to filter events for person detection, I noticed that the per camera recording set ups I made kept changing. I was starting to feel like my cameras were being hijacked and redirected or something. then I noticed a ton of STUN traffic on the cameras. I’m talking a camera who’s normal daily data usage is 2Gbs, half or more would be STUN. this was on all my v3’s my OG camera seemed to be unaffected. I also noticed all my V3 camera’s host names had changed.

I’d been running my unify off a port of my ISP router and I removed the ISP router. It wasn’t until I removed all my cameras from device groups that they started connecting live view more normally and I stopped getting the cam unlimited add and things seemed to normalize a bit. I’m probably imagining things but it felt like some grimy hacker shenanigans.

I’ve noticed this a lot lately, too. I was just telling my husband that I’m pretty forgiving with these cameras, but it’s finally starting to aggravate me. I’m really hoping they get this under control and things start working properly again.
