I just purchased a pan cam v2 and having issues with the night vision. When night vision is turned on I get a bright halo around the video. What’s the fix for this?

Can you post a picture of how you have the camera mounted/setup?
Could be a couple of things but easier to determine if seeing the orientation of the camera.
Will probably need an @Mods to increase your rights before you can post a pic since this is your first time here.

They can post pics and vids now.

@bbirch11 did you remove the plastic film from the lens and LED area, that protects from scratches during shipping but needs to be removed otherwise it can cause visual artifacts.
