New Outdoor Cam and Support is AWOL

So I have my WYZE outdoor cam, and it works, but it is always in continuous stream mode. This means the battery dies every two days. What am I doing wrong?

Also why is it that when I try to click send message to support, all I get is a CMC popup and no means to contact support.

My number one complaint with WYZE is that they DO NOT support their products.

Yes, WYZE seems to be more interested in pushing products than supporting them.
You would think you could contact support without jumping though ad hoops.
Click on the X to get rid of the message. Not Close, the X.
