New contact sensor low battery?

Hey guys,

I received my contact sensor kit in the mail today, I was able to add the first 3 to my account fine, the fourth one gives me a low battery icon. I did have some trouble adding the 4th sensor to my account, had to do the process 2-3 times before I was able to get it to work. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or now, just confused since it’s a brand new product?

With the battery that low I would go ahead and replace it. I have had some come in new devices that were also almost dead.
