New Cam Plus Lite subscription not showing up as available on app

I just subscribed to Cam Plus Lite when I realized the app had stopped recording events this afternoon. However, its not applied to my camera when I go into the app…
I’ve restarted my phone, as well as signed out of the app and back in…what am I doing wrong?

What happens when you toggle the toggle button to the right of the Camera? If the Toggle is not Green or on, your Camera is not subscribed to Cam Plus Lite.

It should look similar to this:

I paid for the subscription, it shows that on my account when I log into the website…but nothing on the app
