New app blues

Don’t like the new app. Fails to load one of the OG cams, and fails to load doorbell. :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Have you reached out to Wyze and provided Logs?

Seeing you are an Android user, what steps have you tried? I would try the following:

Log into the app and select the Account Tab. Go to App Settings and Clear Cache. The logout of the app (Make sure you have your 2FA and Password).

Then, long Press on the App Icon and select App Info, then go to Storage and Cache and clear Cache there. Then back out one and select Force Stop

Restart you phone and logon to see if it is working for you.

Loading of livestreaming on home page was very slow at first. But the more I use it, and cache builts, the less slow it is to load. Should be OK now.

PS: clearing the Cache just makes loading livestream slow up.

That is interesting, I have the opposite experience. I also find that formatting the SD Card seems to help as well
