Need Battery Replacement for Robot Vacuum

How do I replace the battery? I’m guessing I’d have to send it in, it doesn’t look user-replaecable.

Wyze doesn’t do this. If you want to replace the battery, you have to do it yourself (or have a handy friend or someone help do it for you).

Grasping at straws here: After about 2 years, the battery no longer keeps a charge on one of my vacs (I have 4). Originally, the vac just stopped in the middle of the room without warning. I’ve tried the resetting, removing, etc., but the darn thing would no longer do 1 room (about 100 Sq). So recently, I started the vac at 100%, watched my phone and the mapping. The first image is the vac at 61% (started at 100%) after 52 ft. The second image is 2 minutes later, but now the vac is at 53% …
