# My Wyze Pam Cam not resetting

Assuming you’re trying to flash a Cam v2, don’t extract. From your Mac, change the filename of the file located in the folder “\_MACOSX” from “.\_demo\_4.9.9.3006.bin” to “demo.bin”. Drag \_MACOSX folder to the root of your SD card.
