My outdoor camera was never delivered

Has anyone run into this issue.

I received an email that my outdoor camera that I preordered months ago was delivered to my front door this past Friday, which was not there (I checked with my kids and wife and near my garage where other packages have been left). I waited the 2 business days and It was never delivered and it is almost impossible to get in touch with someone although they say they have live support which is just a robot answering questions.
