I have 4 contact sensors installed on different doors. They have stopped triggering to turn on and off the bulbs. This happened to all the sensors at the same time. I can still see the red light flashing on the sensor when there is contact but I don’t see signal bars under the device info on the app. What is going on? I removed and set up the rules but did not work!!
If they all went off at the same time, I would suspect the bridge. The lights on the sensors will light up whether or not they are actually communicating with the bridge. You can try rebooting the camera with the bridge, though in my case when the bridge looses connection every once in a while, I have to power cycle the camera by unplugging it. Just rebooting in the app doesn’t always fix it for me.
