Multiple location wyzecam 1/3 progress and stay frozen

I have two separate locations where wyzecam progress at 1/3 step and stay there frozen. Please help, Henry

Have you tried to power cycle the cameras?

<p style=“text-align: center;”>If cycle power meant reboot then I have rebooted few times and the Wyzecams still started at 1/3 and stay there.</p>

Yes, power cycle means remove power for 10 seconds then plug back in.
