Yes, there is no explicit limit. Users are reporting using 15 or more.
Yes! And if you have an area where you want a 360 degree view, you can connect camera to camera. There is a USB port on the back of each camera so they take their power as a group on one single plug in the outlet. I don’t have that need, but it is a great idea.
