Motion Sensor will not go on-line or be recognized

Motion sensor shows off-line.
Attempted to reinstall.
During reinstall attempt, camera pack indicated solid blue light.
Camera indicated ready when attempting to install sensor.
Pushed sensor pin and held for the 5 sensor light flashes as directed (many times).
App message indicates time out and sensor install not completed.
Note that the sensor was 2’ from the camera.
Note that the camera works perfectly.
Any thoughts on this ?

Welcome! @CandLD2 Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the motion sensor. Here are a few things you can try. If you haven’t reviewed the setup pages from support, check it out for more tips.

  1. Turn off the cam with the bridge installed
  2. Remove the bridge and then turn cam back on wait until it connects
  3. Plug the bridge back in and let it connect
  4. Remove battery from motion sensor and reinstall
  5. Then use the pin to connect and wait for it to blink 3 to 5 times
