I got a notification that the cam was offline. A few min later it came back on. Since then it has been super sensitive to motion. I have the sensitivity set as low as it can go but i still keep getting ghost notifications.
my camera actually will be recording someone specifically stealing off my porch instead of staying on the person it flips to the ground and then around to the other side of the yard and then flips back after the person is gone absolutely ridiculous. I’m canceling my wise cameras, so I took another video of myself outside. Did the exact same thing it’s ridiculous. You pay for a service a monthly fee and you get nothing.!!! i’m going to upload my video but it said I’m a new user. I’m not a new user. I’ve been with wise for three years wise. Doesn’t want you to know that their cameras suck.
yeah, it was tracking nothing. It was faced on the person that was stealing it stopped moved to nothing moved over again and more nothing and I didn’t catch the thief and now the cops won’t go after her. Why is there a crappy system?
The subscription doesn’t affect motion tracking. I use mine with SD card only. Maybe if you elaborate on what it is tracking when it moves away from the person? For a front porch, I’d use a stationery cam (and I do, two in fact). My Pan cams I use in the driveway and mounted to the front of my house to watch the street.
This makes me wonder if you’re using one of the cameras that has a pan-and-tilt capability, like Cam Pan v4 or Cam Pan v3. This particular topic is tagged for Cam Floodlight v2, so I’m trying to understand what your issue is.
