# Motion Detection Clips not playing?

Hello Wyze team  
The motion detection event clips don’t seem to be playing for any of my wyze cams. When I click on the events tab and select a clip, it does not play. Not sure if anyone else having similar issues. This is on Iphone.

Here’s the event recording troubleshooting guide I found by clicking Support at the top right of this page:

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a [support request](https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.

Thanks Loki! Restarted my phone and issue went away
