I’m getting error code 6 on one Wyze Cam 3 camera

&

error code 7 on another Wyze Cam 3.

I’m also unable to buy an additional subscription to Cam Plus because the service is not listed in the shop on the Wyze App.

How do I fix these - both Wyze Cam 3 worked perfectly well for the first 14 days.

I think you need to use a web browser on a computer to add cam plus services

Thank you - that appears to be away of adding subscriptions.

I was hoping to ApplePay because I don’t trust Wyze’s security ability with my credit card details.

Wyze customer service have responded twice so far with completely wrong information.

I’m regretting my purchase again.
