Are you able to Arm (Home or Away) and Disarm your system from the physical Keypad on your wall?
Are you still getting a blank page when tapping the Monitoring tab in the Wyze app (NOT the widget)?
What app version are you running? From your phone/tablet > Wyze app Home > Account > About
