Those are good questions, and I have not. I got tired of trying to get the microSD card issues addressed for that one Cam Pan v3 months ago and so haven’t prioritized that problem, as I’ve had plenty of other things to keep me busy. Plus I had the RTSP β firmware installed on that Cam for a few months—before that was included in the mainstream production firmware channel—so that Cam’s been primarily for test use.
I saw the new Android app offered to me earlier in Google Play Store with a date of 16 March 2026, and then I saw the Wyze News announcement publish a while later, but I haven’t yet updated that, either, so the newest production app I’m currently running is 3.10.6.753 (which, as you noted, does not have the Automatic Update toggle for Cam OG). I’ll have to update that prior to applying some firmware updates, and I’ll probably watch and wait at least a few days to see how that’s shaking out for other users.
That’s a good point, because I have done --overwrite formats with that tool and the Cam still had card problems after that. I should’ve considered that before posting earlier. It’s such a weird problem. I hope they’re making some progress with it.
