Manual record feature not saved during playback

Hello group,

I have a v1 indoor wyze cam. In the past I was able to manually save sections of my playback video on my android phone. Lately whenever I press the record button the app shows that it is recording, however when I stop recording it is not saved on my phone .

Any help in solving my issue us appreciated.

Welcome to the forums! What app version are you using? What Android phone? When was the last time you reset your phone?

Its been a while since I reseted my phone.

I just noticed the same problem with my V1 cameras. I submitted a log. #243743.

ANY update on this? Its said that wyzecam has not fixed this issue
