What does it mean if your cam is only sending 1-30 kbps but still functioning?
Nothing much. The initial connection will move a good amount of data, that is to generate the scene.
After that, it is only sending the changes in the scene. If you’re looking at a static scene, then nothing is changing so there shouldn’t be much data to be submitted.
If you’re looking at an active scene, then the amount of data being transmitted should go up, and that will be dependent on the changes in the scene.
