Lost all devices on app and can’t re-add base station

When I opened my app yesterday I had lost all devices and needed to re-sign into the app.
I signed into the app and still found that all my devices were gone
I started adding devices again but for my outdoor cams my base station wouldn’t connect and says contact owner.
I’m not sure what to do at this point.
I haven’t deleted anything and my two outdoor cams are now useless.

The outdoor cams have a security measure in them to lock to the original account. If they get deleted from the account when they have no connectivity, they essentially are useless. Are you sure you’re signing in with the same credentials? Sometimes people used google or facebook to sign in and don’t realize they have two accounts.

I didn’t delete them, for some reason the app seems to have deleted them all. The only email I’ve ever had for this system is what I’m trying to use. Super frustrating

I suspect it is an issue with the app and not your account, however attempting to set them up again might have caused a permanent issue.

If you’re on the 3.x app, first try clearing the cache in the app and fully closing and restarting it, maybe even reboot the phone. If that doesn’t work, try to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall the app and see if they reappear.
