Lost AI capability in app notification

I notice I am getting notifications for all motion. I used to only get notifications for AI pets and person. I have 10 cameras, V3 and floodlight v2. When I try to select AI the app prompts me to add to my Unlimited subscription, it says success but it never adds the AI notification.

All my cameras are up to date, I see they are switched to auto update. I have app 3.15

I have been on Customer Support 2x, but I don’t get anywhere.

Correction: Now it seems the Floodlight Cam V3 and Cam V3 work ok with AI, but the Floodlight Cam V2 will not let me turn on AI / will not attach to my unlimited Cam Plus subscription
