What is the problem–always get Login Error Problem connecting to server

Not much to go on there. You will probably get better answers if you provide some more background description of what you are trying to do and detail of what things occur.
Describe what is happening in detail… “When I press this in this app\screen, this happens”
Are you referring to when you open the app? Trying to login to Web View? Trying to open a Cam V3 into live view? Streaming the cam thru a 3rd party app or home automation display device? Is the cam installed on your account or shared with you?

Downloading the latest version of the app cleared up the login problem. I was able to login and Cameras seem to be working.
