I watch my outside with your cams. Today I was logged out for some reason. I put in my name and password and you blocked me. I tried different ways and it accepted it then it said log in again. So had to log in several more times with my little remote control for the TV. Took a half an hour of trying. Look, I do not want 2 step verification because it really makes it impossible. I signed up with you for a year of monitoring as well just ordered your two cam cams. If I cannot use my cams because you will not let me log in, I will have to ask for my $100 back as well as return the new cameras. I do not even want a log in because I do. not care who sees the land around my home. I also have 10 Blink cameras up and can move to them. Now you said you will allow me to access my cams for 90 days. If you turn this off again I have to use a different service

You can disable 2FA in the app settings which will turn it off for all devices logging in. Obviously not recommended but if you aren’t concerned about it then that may make it easier.
Exactly what are you trying to log into using your TV remote - are you using a web browser on the TV (sometimes there can be compatibility issues with those, they are pretty stripped down) or some other app?
While in the app, you can delete the TV from the trusted device list just to totally clear it out, then once you’ve disabled 2FA hopefully you’ll have an easier time getting logged back in.
However if it is a TV based web browser it may just not be compatible. Using a chromecast or similar might work better (if it isn’t built into the TV).
