# Lock Bolt V2 Issues

Curious if anyone with a lock bolt has seen this issue. I installed mine about a month ago and it has been working great. Yesterday Morning I noticed it was offline so I removed the batteries for 10 seconds to let it restart and now when I try to calibrate the lock the App says put it into lock position it then does this pattern

Locked - Starting Position  
Unlocked  
Locked  
Unlocked

The app then says that it’s locked when it isn’t
