I have 4 wyze lock bolts (the ones that say “lockin”) and I can’t access any of them through the app. Every time I try to open the page for them it throws this error and backs out of the screen:
Has anyone been able to fix this before?
The only recent mention of this that I’ve seen was from a user who tagged a topic for Lock Bolt v2:
If you want to provide some more detail (Wyze app version, OS, issue timing [whether it’s new or longstanding and for how long], if its occurrence seemed to coincide with an app and/or OS update, etc.), then I’d consider merging your topic into that one. I’d be curious to know if you’re seeing this only on Android (as with your Thermostat issue) or if you’re also seeing it on iOS.
At the very least, I’d log it and follow that by opening a Support ticket referencing the Log ID you generate.
That was very helpful. I forgot I was a part of the android beta program during all of my troubleshooting. Wiping my phone and leaving the beta to be on standard android OS fixed the issue. Thanks.

Yep, I’m on the Android 17 beta as well and getting the same issue. I can’t remember the last time it worked, but I’ve been on 17 beta for a while, so I’m thinking it might be one of the more recent QPR updates that broke it.
Hey! Looks like this was fixed for me over the weekend! I can now use the Wyze app again. I’m assuming they must have updated the certificate?
