After booting Wyze app I select one camera to view real time;
Immediately the screen goes white for about 5 seconds then it shows connecting by secure channel (1/3), but never loads the video.
However, if I get a notification of motion on one of my cameras on my lock screen, the recorded video loads and starts playing when i click on it.
I can also play recorded video by selecting it manually.
This just started happening about 2 weeks ago; I updated to the latest firmware. deleted and re-installed the app many times, etc. Why won’t it load live video? It has been working for over a year perfectly.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
