# Live Stream at reduced/selected frame rate to stream/trickle over cellular

I want to Live Stream, more like Live Trickle, over cellular at maybe 1 frame per 5 or 10 seconds instead of 10 or 15 frames per second. Full motion 24/7 over cellular is too expensive. Is there, or can there be, a frame rate selector for live streaming? If there is motion that is interesting I can access the SD card. Or enjoy the sunset faster. I bought a V3 to put outdoors hoping it could Live Trickle.
