I have a Wyze Doorbell v2 that has just started with a weird issue during the live feed. The framerate is literally 1 every two seconds. In other words, I get a still image, then two seconds later I get another image, and so on.
I’ve restarted the device but the issue remains. Oddly, when viewing footage from the SD card, it streams like it should.
Any ideas?
I can’t speak to the doorbell, but I’ve noticed on my v4 that for some reason it will get stuck like that sometimes and it is always when the resolution has gone to the lowest one. Make sure your resolution is set to the highest one (or maybe try dropping it down lower, see if it works, then bump it back up).
Issue solved - I uninstalled the app to no avail, but hard resetting my iPhone 15 fixed it.
