Light not working

Hello, I encountered a problem and I want a solution. I switched the setting of the lights to the Wi-Fi, but the network was weak and the installation was not completed, but when disconnecting the Wi-Fi, the lights went out and it no longer works even together with the factory setting. I don’t quite understand a lot of what you said, but hopefully you can:

  1. Put the bulbs in a single-socket lamp close to your router, one at a time
  2. Cycle power to each one 3 times. That should make the Bulb start pulsing, showing it is in pairing mode.
  3. Then hopefully you can re-add each one to the app, and
  4. Put them back where you had them installed.
