We have three light bulbs in a ceiling fan, set up as a group. However, when I look at the firmware list they don’t show as up-to-date as all our other Wyze products do. They show as Status Unknown. How do we update those?
From my experience, when a device shows “status unknown” the app thinks it’s offline. This may have also happened if your bulbs were behind on updates
Try going to one of the bulbs, then settings, then device info, then firmware. You should be able to update it there. You’ll have to do this for each individual bulb.
If that doesn’t work, try power cycling(power off then back on after 5 seconds) each bulb, than try updating.
