It’s interesting how they rarely stay for more than a few seconds. One of them should make a nest in your chimney to claim the property.
I have to pay about $2000.00 every two years to trim the black walnut trees closest to the house so the raccoon gang can’t get on the roof. I take the funds out of their retirement fund.
