Keypad will not connect to hub

Hi, for the last two days I have been trying to get the keypad to connect with the hub with no success. I removed the batteries from the keypad and put them back in but still can not get it to connect. I was able to get the door contacts and motion sensors to connect with no problem.
Does someone have a solution?
