One of my V2’s stopped working after four months. I reset it many times and went through every troubleshooting tip that I could find on the Internet. Wyse sent me an apology and a new camera. I installed the new camera - same problem!
This is not right! Again, I again went through the litany of troubleshoot suggestions with no luck. On a whim before making both V2’s permanent decoys, I removed the microSD card to use in the 3rd V2 candidate. Just maybe? Viola! I have a bad Maxell microSD card.
Thus the troubleshooting tip - Remove the microSD card before giving up on the camera.
