iOS app v1.4.56 eventually crashes when left on live stream

Hi,

I have 3 iPhones at home that I leave live stream on all the time. All 3 of them would eventually crash the iOS v1.4.56 app and go back to home/desktop screen.

 

When i double click on home button to multi-task, I do still see the Wyze app still there. Not sure if that info helps.

My 3 iOS devices are: two iPhone 6s and one 5s

 

What debug info and logging can I provide ?

 

I have 2 Wyze Cam v2 and they’re both on latest firmware 4.9.2.18

You should submit a support ticket from within the app after this happens. That will send the logs to Wyze for analysis.

Filed two from 2 difference iPhones, hopefully there is enough info in attached logs to see the problem
