After working correctly yesterday I now have no connection with Alexa. After going to Smart Integrations Alexa appears. Clicking on that a new page appears that says Link Your Alexa Account. Pressing on the button Link Alexa I receive yet another page that says Link Wyze with Alexa with a button option that says LINK. Then I receive a dialog box that says Lincoln Failed. Operation Failed. Looking at Lights in Alexa, each one is noted with Server is unresponsive. I think this ‘server’ is on your end. Can you advise?
Make sure the Wyze skill is still applied in your Alexa App.
Open Alexa, got to more on the bottom right and Skills and Games, you should see the Wyze skill in there if not Install and enable and authenticate using your Wyze user ID and password.
Sounds like that is where you were so if it IS there try removing and re-adding.
