After months of use my camera stopped working so I tried setting up again. Everything worked fine through step 3 of setup (camera blinked, I heard message to continue), but when I tried to move to step 4 I received a blank page. I don’t know where to go after step 3 and can’t get camera working again. Any suggestions please?

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support request including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.
cam v2 the video is upside down… How do I fix it?
View the Live Stream for your v2 camera, click the gear icon in the upper right, click Advanced Settings, toggle the Rotate Image 180° switch on.
