Christmas came early for me as I received my new Wyze Cam Pan. While I think the layout was pretty easy to learn I couldn’t help but notice that there is definitely a delay in between an event occurring and the time I get a notification. Is there anyway to improve that on my end? Or is that a software issue? Also, any idea if there is a Wyze Cam in 4K in the works?
Some delay is normal, but can be affected by your internet connection. I’d suggest you click support, top right, and then run through the Troubleshooting section. If that doesn’t help, file a support ticket with Wyze (preferably from within the app so that the logs are captured).
