I would like to be able to put devices back online remotely.
Will you ever have the option to do that?
Several of us have Smart Switches connected to our critical devices so we can power cycle them when we are on the road should something happen.

Thank you for the idea. That should work for my inside cameras, but I’m not sure about my outside cameras.
Along with the Smart Plug idea, you can schedule them to restart every day too (maybe just before sunrise or something), so that even if the plug happens to be offline for some weird reason, the local schedule on the plug will still restart the camera even if you can’t connect to it. This is good for a remote location.

Yes, outdoor cameras can be more of a challenge, but if you power them from something like the Outdoor Switch, still possible.
