I woudl pay a premium on every IoT Device for Non-Cloud config

Hi all,
I would pay a premium, even +50% to have an “out of the box” non-cloud version of all the IoT Devices. Bulbs, scales, cameras, etc. all accessible from a home IoT server (e.g. HomeAssistant). I would include the ability to download all event data to CSV files.
What do you all think?

I would agree. Local Processing is always faster. Increasing the cost of the device to accommodate this would be fair.
